Sample Drills: Drill suggestions and ideas focusing on various game scenarios. Starting with footwork drills, progressing through controlled situation drills, and into game situations. Working with a progression from controlled to game situation allows for the development of muscle memory patterns. 

Video Analysis: Send me your game film, preferably clipped to show only the defensive zone, and I will dissect it and offer my opinions on what you could improve on, as well as offer sample drills to work on those situations. Each video analysis will have a breakdown of each goal, what game situation it happened in, and what could be corrected to make the save the next time around. In addition to goal reviews, I will go over key takeaways from each period, to help develop in game management.
