    • 7 hours on ice

      3 hours goalie specific off ice 

      3 hours video analysis/ mental training

  • Camp specifics 

    • Maximum of 2 goalies per net (more reps = more development) 

      TIPS model development structure 

      • Technical, intelligence, personality, speed

    • Emphasis on repetition of technical skills that transition into game simulation drills to groove muscle memory and train instincts all in one.

  • What we provide 

    • Video review of every drill 

      Daily graded report card.

      Recommended plan of action (drills to address specific needs, off ice routines, goal setting, mentor ship)
